Green light pitch & Group Meeting...

Well today I had my green light pitch meeting for Individual Specialisation, and Im pleased to say that it went well. The only thing I had to change is the title, so my new title is A comparison of techniques for crowd simulation.

I am really looking foward to this module, even though most of it is research, I know I will find this interesting and something new to learn and discover.

Also today me and my group had our first team meeting for design for indusrty. The project for this is to create an animation piece on how to drive responsible, and present this in a fun and engaging way.

For the group we had to assign ourselves roles through the belbin test... and guess what I got... TEAM LEADER...

I have to say I am shocked by this because I dont see myself as a team leader, but on the other hand I am happy with this as it gives me a chance to show what skills I have and also give my some experience for working together in groups and showing some leader skills...

Tomorrow we have a pitch presentation, where we introduce ourselves and what our position is in our team.... cant say I am looking foward to this as I am a bag of nerves when it comes to presenting lol... hopefully it will go well :)

Easter Holidays :D

Well I have finally finished uni for 2 weeks... and I am so thrilled lol :) This gives me the oppertunity to gets so me time and also complete so of my work before I go back... My plan of action is to start tomorow on my VFX work as I feel this is the main priority as I have quite a lot to complete. Also the final of ANTM Allstar finishes tomorow so I want to complete some work before hand as I believe this is one not to be missed. I am going back into uni on thursday with sophie so we can complete our motion capture cleanup on vicon blade so then I can work on appling the movement onto my character. Also we are meeting to put together our presentation for animation appreciation. To be truthfull I am not looking foward to the presentation as my presention skills are pants and I am really nervous about speaking infont of an audience. Fourth Digital Painting - Kate Beckinsale

It has been quite a while since I wrote on here and also posted a digital painting, this is down to some circumstances that I have had to deal with and now I am back on the ball with the digital paintings... So here it is.... I am extremely pleased with the result and think this is the best painting so far... I am really happy with the textures that I have managed to produced from using different brushes within photoshop. Also the main objective was to add more detail than I normally do, which I believe I have done within the body suit and the details within the face. My Project - Digital Painting :)

With me finishing University last month, I am currently waiting on my results... which I will hopefully receive this week... So in the mean time, I am going to be doing some digital painting, and for my project, I am going to be painting in Photoshop some of my favourite actors... With me being a massive Borgias and Hannibal Fan, I am going to try and paint the following actors from these reference images I have taken from the Internet: Jeremy Irons Mad Mikkelsen David Oakes If I am successful with these, I will then proceed with some more of my favourite actors.
